Cool Interview with Michael Emerson from Lost

Hi kids, been away from the Internet machine for a couple days battling a bad stomach virus. In this lopsided battle there was a clear winner: the virus; and two losers: me and my poor toilet. Good lord. No more rare roast beef from the dollar store for this frugal fella.

Enough about me and my innards, there’s a great Interview with Lost ‘s Michael Emerson on Ain’t It Cool News . Emerson’s character Ben Linus is the most intriguing and complex character on TV today, yep even more so that that sadsack broad on Grey’s Anatomy who’s always on the verge of tears.

At first glance, Benjamin Linus is a harmless, erudite nebish who seems pleasant enough but doesn’t mince words. Delve a little deeper and you’ll find a devious messiah figure who possesses solid ass-kicking skills (two dead Bedouins in the last epsiode) and a bag full of mind tricks that would make a Jedi jealous.
