Even More "Scared of Santa" Photos

For some strange reason, viewing hysterical photos of frightened children sitting atop a fake Father Christmas never gets old for me. A newspaper in Florida started running these photos a year or so ago, and now every paper and website looking for some viral content is getting in on the game. This slideshow by The Chicago Tribune is pretty good.

My two-year-old almost sat for a photo with Santa this year, but when the moment of truth came, she declined and quickly walked away. Maybe she was just too shy, intimidated by the crowd, or completely turned off by the slight stench of a fat, sweaty guy in a polyester costume that had been packed in mothballs for the past 11 months. Kids, they’re weird that way.
