This holiday film looks grim for many reasons, the most apparent is the extremely odd pairing of the two stars. The massive and drunk-faced Vince Vaughn matched with the petite and fresh-faced Reese Witherspoon looks more like a kidnapping than a couple. Ellen DeGeneres and Bill Pullman in the classic “Mr. Wrong” were more believable.
