Robert Earl Keen’s “Merry Christmas from the Family” nearly killed me on my first listen. There’s never been a second. I know how these things sometimes go. I’m worried it won’t hold up. Still, you gotta love the image of the Tampon Christmas Angel. Maybe this year. Maybe.
I’m surprised there’s nothing up there from either of El Vez’s Christmas albims, “Sno-Way, Jose” and “Merry MeX-mas.” I know he has at least one fan at UsedWigs.

Most of your songs (not all) are secular based. One of the best modern Christmas song that talks about the birth of Christ is Mary, did you know. I particularly like Kenny Rogers and Wynonna Judd’s verson
