Twitter, Maritime, Kristen Bell & Starbucks Music

An Overwhelming Case of Self-Importance: Do you twitter? If you do, you are a real ass. Unless you’re posting time-sensitive instructions that will assist a bomb disposal unit, we don’t need to know you every mundane move. Worse than someone who twitters? A person who reads someone’s twittering.

Maritime: Check out the latest FREE Mp3 from Martime, "For Science Fiction". It is splendid.
Mars Attacks: I don’t like Heroes, among other things, that mildly-retarded Japanese kid makes the show completely unwatchable. Anyway, that lovely little firecracker Kristen Bell of Veronica Mars fame will be appearing next week so I may have to give it another look-see. Here is a sneak peek video from the fine folks at theTVaddict.com. I just hope our gal keeps the snark in check; she went a little overkill in the last episodes of VM. (We get it; you’re way cooler than everyone you come in contact with.)
Hear Music: In keeping with its mission statement of completely homogenizing the planet with insipid, corporate cultural tie-ins and fake enviro-activist concerns, Starbucks is now giving away free music that you can hear anywhere at anytime on any bad radio station or TV commercial. If you’re still interested, just ask for your daily iTunes “Song of The Day” card and you’ll be treated to a grande cup of decaffeinated major-label blandness like Paul McCartney, Keith Urban, Jovi and other difficult-to-digest artists.
