Very Good Songs: Sebadoh

Gonna make this quick, It’s Friday and I have important stuff to do (heading out to buy bananas). I love Sebadoh. I love Lou Barlow’s voice. I love the weird, melodic, sweet, tortured and haunting ride Lou and Jason Lowenstein take us on both live and in studio. Basically what I’m saying is, I’m a big gushing fanboy who just wants to share his favorite Sebadoh jams.
Quick Takes:
- I stood next to Lou for an entire opening act’s set during the 90s and did not bother him once! How great am I? Very great. He was wearing a vintage LA Rams shirt.
- Harmacy was released in 1996 the same week my Dad died. I played it non-stop. I adore this album so much but there are still times where it makes me cry like a baby (a very cool and sensitive baby).
- I’ve never owned a Sebadoh tee shirt. I might need to remedy that today.
