Happy Adoption Day to My Dogs
Three years ago today we welcomed these “senior” good girls into our home. Starr and Shelby are now 8 years old and still love eating gross things in the street and being sweet to all humans and dogs they encounter. Take a chance on some older dogs if you can. My dog pooped on a neighbor's lawn and I did not have a bag so I pointed to it and said loudly to no one "I WILL BE BACK TO PICK UP THIS POOP!"

We adopted these two 5-year-old pizza-stealing, fur-shedding super sisters one year ago today. They are weird and wonderful and despite a couple of escapes, I think they dig it here. Happy anniversary and 6th birthday, Shelby and Starr!
